Best Strategy If You Have a Criminal Case Pending In The Rancho Cucamonga Courthouse

For the last 26 years I've been handling cases in the Rancho Cucamonga court and area, all sorts of criminal cases.  So, I think I have a pretty good feel for how these cases are prosecuted, how these cases are dealt with by the prosecutor and exactly what the best strategy is when it comes to a prosecution for a criminal case in Rancho Cucamonga.

I think one thing, and most people realize if they live or work in the Rancho Cucamonga area is that the court jurisdiction is quite conservative as it relates to these criminal cases.

This means it's a circumstance where the jury pool and prospective jurors are typically going to be pretty harsh as it relates to criminal cases, and that harshness basically translates to a lot of convictions in the Rancho Cucamonga courthouse.

Plea Bargaining vs. Jury Trial

So, obviously, before you take a case to trial, you're going to want to make sure it's a type of case that you can actually win.  If you can't win the case, then obviously you don't want to spend the time and the money to take it to trial, only to get a bad result.

That's something you're going to want to discuss with your attorney and kind of get a breakdown of pros and cons of taking your case to trial.

Rancho Cucamonga Court Criminal Defense Attorney

If you're not going to take your case to trial, then your best bet is probably going to be have your attorney negotiate with the prosecutors or the judge in the Rancho Cucamonga courthouse.  Most of the time I'm dealing with these cases.

I will be negotiating with the prosecutors and the judge will pretty much just be putting his or her blessing on the resolution that is worked out between the parties.

The bottom line is, you want to make sure that whatever strategy you employ with the Rancho Cucamonga case looks at all the angles that makes sense for you or your loved one before you make the decision to move forward.  That's why it's so important that I have you come into my office.

Developing Case Strategy for Best Outcome

We talk about everything.  If the person is in custody I'll got out and visit them, but it's imperative that right from the beginning you know what your strategy is, your strategy makes sense and everybody agrees on what the strategy is.

You don't want to be in a position where your attorney is thinking one thing and the person who is being prosecuted in the Rancho Cucamonga courthouse is thinking another thing.  First come to a meeting of the minds.  Once we have that, then we can move forward with a plan to get the best possible result.
