Justin Bieber May Be Charged With Assault

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department detectives are looking to talk to any people that witnessed an alleged altercation between Justin Bieber and a photographer at the Commons, a Calabasas shopping mall.

Law enforcement is trying to get to the bottom of the story but according to the photographer, Bieber struck him after he took a picture of him and his girlfriend, Selena Gomez.

The photographer complained of pain and was taken by the Los Angeles County Fire Department to a hospital, where he was treated and released.

The case is still under investigation.
