Michael Lohan Arrested on Suspicion of Felony Charges

Michael Lohan, Lindsay Lohan's father, is facing multiple felony charges involving a domestic dispute. According to Steve Whitmore, spokesperson for the L.A. County Sheriff's Department, he was arrested on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on cohabitant,, false imprisonment, and preventing a report of victimization. As of Tuesday, the L.A. County district attorney's office had not yet filed charges.

Sheriff's were called to the scene at about 9 pm. Lohan was found walking on the street and arrested. After being booked , he was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after complaining of "a medical condition not related to the incident," said a sheriff's official in a statement. His bail was set at $200,000.
